What Is CRM Software?
CRM software is software used to manage and improve a business’s customer relationships. CRM software collects customer information in a central database, monitors customer interactions, manages sales processes and provides various tools to increase customer satisfaction.
Known as Odoo CRM (Customer Relationship Management), this module is a must have for every company that wants to grow. In this way, our company develops new sales strategies for the contacts we create and new customer candidates. The My Pipeline section appears on the home page of CRM. In this section, we click on the Create button and choose one of the contacts we have established. Then, when we select the income we expect from our e-mail, telephone and contact, and press the add button, our first opportunity arises.
Create New Leads !
If our opportunity is not among the contacts, we can create a new candidate card by following CRM > Leads > Create. If the person or company for which we created the candidate card is an opportunity for us, then we click Convert to Opportunity. In the meantime, if we want to create a new contact for this person or company, we click the Create New Customer button on the page that opens. Otherwise, we will transfer it to the My Pipeline without making contact. On the CRM > Sales > My Pipeline page, we are automatically given New, Qualified, Proposition and Won columns. But if we want, we can create our own opportunity evaluation cards by clicking the Add a Column button.
We can plan a new offer with our contact by following the CRM > Sales > My Activities path. In this way, we turn a product or service that we want to sell to our contact into an offer. Then we send a Proforma Invoice containing product, price and other information to our contact. As a result, we first created the opportunity, then we turned it into an offer activity and finally we turned our offer into a sale. That’s all. With Odoo CRM, we were able to follow our sales opportunities without missing out. On the My Pipeline page, we can move the opportunity we just created between the columns by drag-and-drop. When we drop our deal in the Won column, Odoo congratulates us and our deal turns into a sale.
Odoo CRM Reporting
With CRM > Reporting, it is possible to get insights about the status of our opportunities. Or we can create automatic charts about Leads, Pipeline or Our Activities. In this way, we can evaluate our relations with our customers.
